Ayurveda and Marmatherapy Sessions

The healing principles of Ayurveda are rooted in the ancient rhythms and energies of Nature, and mirrored in your own body and mental/emotional nature.

Ayurveda draws on natural therapies and lifestyle practices to help you return to a state of balance and harmony.

One such therapy works with Marma – vital points in the body where there is a junction of tissue, vessels, systems, and subtle yet potent life-energies. Marmas are stimulated with acupressure and energy-work to affect a healing response in their associated organs, tissues and energy channels.

I invite you to journey with me into the heart of healing, the awakened heart consciousness.
